Kindly allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method. Keep in mind that the processing and posting of the refund by your bank or credit card company may also contribute to the timeline.

Replacements
In the event that you receive a damaged or defective product, kindly provide us with a high-quality image or video showcasing the issue. This documentation is crucial for processing a replacement at no additional cost to you.
If your order exceeds the estimated delivery window for your country by more than 5 days, rest assured, we've got you covered. We'll promptly initiate a replacement order at no additional cost to you, ensuring a swift reshipment to address any delays beyond our initial projections.
Lost or Stolen Packages
For lost in transit or stolen packages, there's two options available to you. We can either refund you for the entire order OR we will ship out a single replacement per order, free of charge -- it's completely up to you.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
